Frequently asked questions

What areas do you cover?

We are based in Stratford/Forest Gate so cover these areas (E15, E7, E20). We may be able to visit outside of these areas depending on avaliability, however we DO NOT COVER North, South or West London

How long can you visit for?

30 minute in home cat-visits to your home, daily or twice daily (depending on requirements). Longer/flexible visits can be made depending on avaliability.

Can you look after my cat in your property?

No, we are not a boarding service. You will need to find a catsitter who offers home boarding.

What are your rates?

Our visit costs start from £12.50 per visit (30 minutes)- depending on location we may add some travel costs ontop. 

Once you are a regular client we offer discounts/no extra charges for Summer/Xmas holidays.

Confirming booking & pre visit

Once you are happy with the price we can book you in. We will then arrange a FREE OF CHARGE pre visit (usually 1 week) before the booking starts.

How can I make payment?

We usually accept bank transfer, however cash/paypal is also accepted.

We are happy to provide an invoice and can work out payment options to suit you.

Cancelling a booking

We understand that travel plans can change or circumstances may affect your dates. We offer the following cancellation policy:

Upto 7 days with no charges

Under 7 days - £15

24 hours- £30

Lost/found cats

If you have a lost cat in the E7/E15 areas we would be happy to promote via Instagram ONLY, so please send us the details.
