Meet Laura -"The cat's meow"

I’ve always been an animal lover, but cats have always held a particularly special place in my heart.

My love of cats started from an early age. My mum fostered and rehomed cats throughout my childhood, so caring for cats and understanding their individual personalities became a natural part of my life.

I became a cat mum to Leo, who was my 18th birthday present, followed by two wonderful rescue cats. Over the years, my love and understanding of cats has continued to grow — and that lifelong connection is at the heart of Bluebell & Daisy Catsitting.

I’m a total cat purrson

I began cat sitting in from looking after neighbours’ pets. What started as something I loved doing gradually grew into Bluebell & Daisy Catsitting.

Since 2020, I’ve had the pleasure of caring for cats throughout Stratford, Forest Gate and the surrounding areas.

For me, cat sitting is about much more than simply feeding a cat and changing a litter tray. I love getting to know each cat’s personality, building trust with their owners and making sure every visit is tailored to what they need.

Whether your cat is playful and demanding, shy and nervous, or simply looking for a quiet cuddle, I want them to feel safe, comfortable and cared for while you’re away.

Bluebell & Daisy is named after my beloved fur-children, Bluey and Bella, who will always hold a special place in my heart, along with Daisy, who joined my family in 2024.

Their names are a reminder of why I do what I do: because cats are family, and they deserve to be treated that way.
